“In this stage, you attach the battery box frame and leveling valve to the rear chassis frame.”
Rear Chassis Frame & Leveling Valve
Place the Battery Box Frame onto the Rear Chassis Frame as shown and secure the front crossbar with two (2) EM screws, as shown.
The two rear legs of the Battery Box Frame should be under the rear crossbar of the Rear Chassis Frame here. This is also your friendly reminder to try using 3-in-One Oil on all screws going into metal:
Secure the two rear legs of the Battery Box Frame to the Rear Chassis Frame from the underside with two (2) more EM screws:
Fit the Leveling Valve to this location on the underside of the Rear Chassis Frame as shown, and secure it into place with one (1) EM screw:
There is a locating pin on the Leveling Valve to align this correctly:
Short and sweet, just the way I like it! We will be attaching this frame soon, so keep it nearby for now. Only the Leveling Valve in this stage is plastic. The rest of the parts are metal.
