Build
Left Rear Windows & Skirting
Step 01
Retrieve your Left Rear Window Frame from the previous stage. Remove the adhesive backing paper from the Window Frame Center Skirting and gently fit it to the window frame, as shown:
Step 02
Retrieve your Body assembly from Stage 88. Fit the two Left Rear Windows into these matching openings at the left rear, as shown.
These windows should fit flush into the openings. On my model, there was some flashing (bits of extra plastic around the edges) that I needed to slice off with my hobby knife so they would sit flush:
Step 03
Fit the Left Rear Window Frame over the windows, aligning its posts into the matching holes of the body as shown:
Secure the bottom edge of the Left Rear Window Frame to the Body with three (3) VM screws:
Carefully turn your Body assembly upside down on a soft cloth. Then, continue securing the Left Rear Window Frame into place from the inside at the forward edge with two (2) VP screws, as shown:
Finish securing the Left Rear Window Frame into place from the inside at the rear with three (3) AP screws, as shown:
Thoughts
The tinting of these side windows is inconsistent and has a few flaws, but the real car is from the 80s. I can accept a few deteriorated parts.

Are anyone else’s skirting on the frames already becoming unattached? Mine have curled up and keep coming away from the frame
Yep it’s a pain in the ass. Doing it on both sides despite my best efforts with molding the curve into it or using super glue.
Well it looks like Eaglemoss is filing for bankruptcy. So much for this model and I’m 110 stages in.
Total rip-off by EM. They knew they were going down but hid all of it.
They are lying cheats and now everyone is stuck with unfinished kits.
